Celebrations is located at 3437 West Sycamore Street in Kokomo’s Westside Village. The location is easy to find and offers ample parking for your guests. Our Great Room is the largest room and holds up to 300 seated guests. A connecting room may be added for your buffet line or additional seating. Conference Rooms are also available for smaller groups of less than 80 guests.
Food, beverages, and other catering services are not included in the room price. Table linens, centerpieces, and bartenders are available at an additional cost. Extended event or set up times and holiday premiums may apply.
Full bar services are available for an additional fee. Set up fees are $1 per guest for parties using room rental rates. Bartending services are available for $20 per hour; one bartender for every 100 guests will be provided.
Room pricing includes use of tables and chairs plus set up and clean up after your event Additional items are available for use or rent from Celebrations when renting a room for your special event.
Reserving a Date:
Celebrations will verbally “hold” your date for up to 10 days, after that time, your deposit and signed contract are due to hold the date for your event. The deposit for the east & west room is $50 and is refundable up to 2 weeks before your event.
Reserving a date for the great room requires a $400 deposit. This amount is held for a damage deposit. The damage deposit may refunded after your event and is not part of your total charges.
Deposits for the east & west room are refundable if cancellation is received 30 days prior to the reserved date. Great room deposit is refundable if cancellation is received 6 months prior to the reserved date. Some exceptions may be granted for military personnel.
A signed contract is required at the time reservations.
