Any size wedding party is welcome to utilize the facility for their ceremony as well as the reception. Wedding parties may opt for the ceremony in their reception area, in the gazebo or another outside location. The Wedding Grand Buffet option will truly make your event stress free and is perfect for all size wedding parties.
The following notes may help in planning a ceremony at Celebrations:
The time allotted for your event with the grand buffet is 9 hours .
This time may be broken up; most receptions last 5 hours so you will have a few additional hours for rehearsal, decorating and other preparation. Additional time in great room is $100 per hour, additional time in the east or west room is $40 per hour.
Prep/dressing area is an additional $200.
The additional divided room is for your wedding party’s preparation time prior to the ceremony. You may use the west room for pre-ceremony preparation and storage for personal belongings for up to 5 hours before your ceremony. This cost also includes dry snack mix and bottled water for the wedding party.
Wedding parties MAY NOT bring in their own alcohol any time at Celebrations; doing so is against the law and will also forfeit your damage deposit. Our in house bar options may be viewed here.
We do not take our banquet chairs outdoors for ceremonies.
American Party time offers several choices of outdoor chairs and will deliver for a reasonable fee. You will be responsible for setting up and taking down chairs unless other arrangements are made.
You may decorate the gazebo and yard.
We will mow and sweep the lawn and gazebo before your event. Please remove your decorations after your reception. Do not use tape on the gazebo railing. You may tie or wire onto the railing.
Have a backup plan if you are planning an outdoor ceremony.
Your indoor reception area will be available for your ceremony as well; so have a backup plan and set an agreed upon time that you will make a decision (to move in) in the case of inclement weather.
Celebrations offers an in-house, non-denominational minister to perform wedding ceremonies if needed, but any ordained minister/officiant is welcome.
A signed contract is required at the time reservations are made
